Your order will be processed in the order it was received. It will usually ship within three (3) business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and all U.S. holidays). We will not be sending you an email confirming your order but you will receive one from PayPal. After your order has been processed, PayPal will send you a second email with an update and your tracking information. This email is often found in your Spam or Junk Mail folder, so please make sure to check those folders. You will then be able to track your package at www.usps.com.
Domestic orders are insured and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. For orders shipped outside of the United States, shipping is via USPS Express Mail International/EMS. Import duties, taxes, and other miscellaneous customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost, and it will be collected upon delivery from the carrier or designee. These charges are the recipient's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the package. You may check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. The customs form will be filled out accurately and we are not responsible if customs seize or confiscate the knife or knives. Also, we are not responsible if the package is lost or damaged in transit for international orders.
